Good: Company processes exchanges / returns / refunds, the process is clear and simple, the customer pays no or minimal return shipping cost / restocking fees, and there is a reasonable window to initiate returns / exchanges (14-100+ days)
You have 100 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your Purple® Bed, Purple® Pillow, or Purple® Pet. We require a minimum trial of 21 days. To initiate a return or for helpful hints, call Customer Care at 888-848-2305. Once eligibility for return is confirmed, a specialist will help facilitate the process. The mattress/pillow must be clean and undamaged. You will be refunded the full product price of the mattress less the value of any discount, interest accrued, and/or shipping charges. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days following your delivery. To be eligible for a return, your Purple™ Base, Sheets, Purple™ Mattress Protector, Purple® Blanket, Purple™ Duvet, Purple + Gravity Weighted Blanket and/or Purple + Gravity Weighted Sleep Mask, or Purple® Seat Cushion must be clean and undamaged, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of the Purple™ Powerbase, it is not eligible for return or refund.
