Returning Your Peloton Bike or Tread
If you are not satisfied with your Peloton Bike or Peloton Tread, you can request a return within 30 days after your delivery. Unless you are eligible for our Home Trial Offer, this Return Policy applies.
Peloton’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our Limited Bike Warranty and our Limited Tread Warranty.
Because of the size and weight of our fitness products, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your Bike or Tread. Returns will be charged an additional return shipping fee of $250 or more for Bikes, and $300 or more for Treads, depending on your location.
If your Bike or Tread is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, Peloton reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at Peloton’s sole discretion.
If your Bike or Tread is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged an additional restocking fee.

30-Day Bike Home Trial Offer
We also offer a 30-Day Home Trial for first-time Bike purchasers in which you will receive a full refund on your Bike, accessories and Subscription payments made during your trial. Please note that the Delivery refund and Subscription refund is not available for additional Bikes purchased per household or Bikes purchased for Commercial use and an additional return shipping fee of $250 per Bike may apply. Returning Your Peloton Accessories
The following merchandise may not be returned or exchanged if they have been worn, used or at a marked down/sale item:
Heart Rate Monitors
All other returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be shipped with the original packaging. Peloton is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original payment method only.
