Good: Company processes exchanges / returns / refunds, the process is clear and simple, the customer pays no or minimal return shipping cost / restocking fees, and there is a reasonable window to initiate returns / exchanges (14-100+ days)
Returns work the same as when buying from a store directly and we make every effort to work with brands and retailers that have good return policies. In most cases a return label is included in your package – or return instructions are printed on the paper receipt provided in your shipment.
