Superb wine!

I have yet to have an issue with this brand. I am now on my 4th box and they arrive when they say they will. The wine is superb.

Can never get hold of them!

I have tried other wine clubs before and their customer service is great however, firstleaf does not have customer service! You can never get hold of them!

On my 6th order, happy so far

I am on my 6th order right now and I have been happy so far. I love the cards that the wine comes with and the extra information is great to know. UPS had an issue but I was able to contact Firstleaf and they issue got fixed.

Customer service is shocking!

I am beyond angry right now! I have tried to contact someone in customer service for over 2 weeks now and have yet to get a reply! No one answers the phones or emails.

I have been recieving wines for over a year now and have not had any issues. My shipment this time is taking a bit longer than normal.

Not happy, got charged for a box after I cancelled my subscription and cannot get hold of company for a refund.

I got my first box of wine and then I wanted to cancel my subscription. They then sent me other box of wine and charged me for it. I wrote refused on the box and waited for the carrier to collect. I got a $40 credit but to be honest, I felt like I should have been given a full refund! I have called, emailed and tried to get in touch with someone to help me out but their email is not valid and they never answer the phone!

Missing wine bottle, cannot get hold of the company!

I bought wine from them and noticed that a bottle was missing. I checked to make sure that I did order and pay for the missing wine which I did. I have since tried to contact and find out what the story is but have yet to get a reply. I would expect a delay due to what is going on atm but this has now become unacceptable!
