Okay: Company processes exchanges / returns / refunds but customers often pay the return shipping cost or a restocking fee, certain items may not be eligible or carry a higher cost, policies are unclear or long, and / or the window to initiate returns / exchanges is short (often ranging from 3-7 days)
In the event that you are unhappy with any part of your Beer Box, or a specific Mini-keg, you can reach out to us at email@example.com. Please do so within five (5) days of the date you received the unsatisfactory item. If related to condition of a Beer Box, we may give you credit for the individual Mini-Kegs, and in some situations, issue a partial or full refund for the Mini-Kegs. We reserve the right, however, to require either the return of the unsatisfactory Product, or a photograph of such, before any partial/full refund or credit will be issued.

Lower scores indicate that customers have reported:
