Okay: Company processes exchanges / returns / refunds but customers often pay the return shipping cost or a restocking fee, certain items may not be eligible or carry a higher cost, policies are unclear or long, and / or the window to initiate returns / exchanges is short (often ranging from 3-7 days)
If you are not satisfied with your Mirror, you can request a return within 30 days after your delivery.
Because of the size and weight of the Mirror, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your Mirror. Returns will be charged an additional return shipping fee of $250 or more, depending on your location.
If your Mirror is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, MIRROR reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at MIRROR’s sole discretion.
If your Mirror is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged an additional restocking fee. If you have an issue with your Mirror after 30 days, refer to our Limited Warranty and contact with questions or service requests.
We will issue your refund within ten (10) business days of picking up your returned Mirror. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original credit card only.
To initiate a return, please contact us at 1-888-288-1588 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. All accessories and apparel, excluding final sale items, may be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days of purchase. Accessories must be unused and in their original packaging. Apparel items must be unwashed, unworn and still have original tags.
