The first product I bought barely changed the color of my hair, so I bought another one just a few days later. I contacted customer service and the automatic reply said they'd get back to me due to high volume of messages, and three weeks later I am still waiting! The second color was also a disappointment. There IS a returns policy, but it's a joke - if you open and try the color, it is no longer eligible to be returned at all! Disgraceful customer experience.
