Missing wine bottle, cannot get hold of the company!

I bought wine from them and noticed that a bottle was missing. I checked to make sure that I did order and pay for the missing wine which I did. I have since tried to contact and find out what the story is but have yet to get a reply. I would expect a delay due to what is going on atm but this has now become unacceptable!
