Not happy, got charged for a box after I cancelled my subscription and cannot get hold of company for a refund.

I got my first box of wine and then I wanted to cancel my subscription. They then sent me other box of wine and charged me for it. I wrote refused on the box and waited for the carrier to collect. I got a $40 credit but to be honest, I felt like I should have been given a full refund! I have called, emailed and tried to get in touch with someone to help me out but their email is not valid and they never answer the phone!
